This is an inverted LED fluorescence microscope equipped with three types of fluorescence filters. The LED excitation light source includes three types: UV, B, and G, and can be switched according to the fluorescence filter used. We offer the following two sets: - LP set: Equipped with three types of long-pass filters - BP set: Equipped with three types of band-pass filters It is compatible with representative fluorescent dyes such as API, GFP, FITC, and Alexa Fluor. The excitation light source uses a high-brightness LED (made by Nichia) and allows for adjustment of the excitation light intensity. It features an infinity-corrected optical system and is equipped with plan achromat objective lenses, providing clear and sharp images even at the periphery of the field of view. In addition to fluorescence observation, it also allows for bright field and phase contrast observation, enabling examination of the same area using different observation methods. Additionally, optional low-autofluorescence objective lenses for fluorescence are available. The wide-field eyepiece is designed for high eye-point specifications, allowing for observation while wearing glasses. It is also possible to attach a microscope camera, and we offer high-sensitivity cameras and cooled cameras that are ideal for observing fluorescence images. The eyepiece section is at a convenient height for easy observation, and the stage is low, providing excellent operability and allowing for comfortable examination posture.
